Having not even met Ryan in person until I viewed my property I knew he was the estate agent for me .

He listened to what I was looking for . He was realistic with my budget . But more than anything he brought the excitement to my search which I feel is important when you are making a big life change and moving to another country either full or part time .

When we finally met after lots of phone conversations he was everything I wanted him to be . He gave me more than ample to time to view my properties he had picked out for me . Being able to spend a significant time in a property to get a real feel for it is something I valued and ultimately led me to putting in an offer on my perfect house . He is always available for any queries you may have. Just an all round nice guy .
